Functional Experience Requirements
- Should have prior experience in Budgeting, Reporting and Financial Analysis.
- Strong analytical mind and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of MS-Excel, PPT. Should be conversant with SAP.
- Ability to partner with various business owners involved.
- Preparation of financial reports and presentations to be submitted to Board and Partners on month/quarter/year
- Preparation of Annual Budgets; Monthly and Quarterly forecasts based on inputs from various Verticals and
- Preparation of Quarterly incentive workings for Sales team as per defined policy.
- Managing Corporate Insurance function- liaison between HR and Insurance Brokers- tracking the various
