Functional Experience Requirements

• Should have prior experience in Budgeting, Reporting and Financial Analysis.


• Strong analytical mind and attention to detail.


• Knowledge of MS-Excel, PPT. Should be conversant with SAP.


• Ability to partner with various business owners involved.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial reports and presentations to be submitted to Board and Partners on month/quarter/year
  

Performance.

• Preparation of Annual Budgets; Monthly and Quarterly forecasts based on inputs from various Verticals and
  

Commercial teams.

• Preparation of Quarterly incentive workings for Sales team as per defined policy.


• Managing Corporate Insurance function- liaison between HR and Insurance Brokers- tracking the various
  

policies with due dates; following up with Insurance companies for claims.
