Role : Associate / Senior Associate - Growth Transformation & GTM Excellence

About the Role :

Markets and Markets is undergoing a strategic pivot from a research and consulting firm to an AI-led growth platform company, anchored on GrowthIQ (strategic intelligence) and SalesPlay (revenue execution engine).


As part of this transformation, we are building a predictable, scalable, and profitable growth engine to support hyper-growth (~100%+ YoY).
This role sits within the CEO/CBO Office, working directly with senior leadership and the Head of Growth Transformation to build and operationalize the global GTM engine.
This is a high-ownership, high-learning role for individuals who want to work at the intersection of :

- Strategy

- Revenue execution


- AI-led GTM transformation


Role Overview :

As an Associate / Senior Associate, you will support the design and execution of end-to-end revenue engine transformation, including :

- Pipeline creation and tracking

- Deal progression and conversion support


- Account activation and growth


- GTM redesign and playbook creation


You will work closely with territory leaders (global markets) and internal teams to drive measurable revenue outcomes, not just analysis.
Key Responsibilities :

1. Revenue Engine Execution Support :


Support design and execution of GTM initiatives across :


1. Demand generation (Build)


2. Deal conversion (Close)


3. Account expansion (Land Expand)


Translate strategic ideas into practical execution plans and actions


2. Pipeline Tracking, Reviews & Forecasting :

- Support weekly pipeline reviews and reporting across territories


Track :


1. Pipeline build vs targets


2. Conversion rates and deal movement


3. Forecast vs actual performance


Identify gaps and support early risk flagging and course correction


3. Data Analysis & Growth Insights :

Analyze performance data across :


1. Meetings pipeline revenue funnel


2. Territory-wise productivity


3. Account-level performance


Generate actionable insights to improve :


1. Pipeline creation


2. Conversion rates


3. Deal velocity


4. Capacity Planning & Productivity Tracking :

Support tracking of :


1. Seller productivity


2. Meeting and pipeline targets


Help identify :


1. Capacity gaps


2. Under/over-performing territories


Assist in optimizing resource allocation and GTM coverage


5. Sales Collaterals & GTM Assets :

Develop and refine high-quality sales collaterals, including :


1. Pitch decks (GrowthIQ & SalesPlay)


2. Industry-specific use cases


3. Battlecards and opportunity narratives


Ensure content is :


1. Structured


2. Insight-led


3. Outcome-focused


6. Sales Enablement & Training Support :

Support execution of sales training and certification programs


Help prepare :


1. Training materials


2. Demo scripts


3. Playbooks


Work with teams to ensure consistent understanding of product and GTM approach


7. Deal & Account-Level Support :

Support territory teams on :


1. Strategic accounts


2. Deal preparation and structuring


Assist in building :


1. Opportunity narratives


2. Value propositions


3. Client-ready materials

Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting
