Business Development Manager – Enterprise Sales (ID 1247)

1. New Business Acquisition Build and manage a strong pipeline Identify, prospect, and generate new enterprise leads (corporates, universities, government bodies, large training partners). Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure for enterprise deals. 2. Consultative & Solution Selling Understand client business objectives, L&D priorities, and skill gaps. Technical knowledge to map client requirements to company offerings (courses, programs, platforms, learning solutions). Work closely with product/academic teams to design tailored solutions, proposals, and pilots. 3. Relationship Management & Account Growth Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred. 4–8 years of experience in B2B / enterprise sales; at least 2–3 years in EdTech / SaaS / HRTech / L&D solutions preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise revenue targets. Strong consultative selling and solution‑selling skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to engage and influence senior decision‑makers (CXO / CHRO / L&D Heads). Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
