Job Description
- As a Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for identifying future hiring needs, developing job descriptions, and collaborating with department managers to compile requirements. Your role will involve attracting suitable candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, assessing applicants" skills, and matching them with job requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to complete new hire paperwork, manage internship programs, and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying future hiring needs and creating job descriptions.
- Collaborating with department managers to define job requirements.
- Attracting candidates through databases, online platforms, and social media.
- Conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates.
- Assessing applicants" skills and experience for job fit.
- Handling new hire paperwork and onboarding processes.

- Staying updated on employment legislation and regulations.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources.

- Experience in bulk hiring for Non-IT sectors.
- Prior experience in tele sales hiring.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and databases.
