Venture Capital Associate

What role you will play in team: Support deal sourcing, execution and portfolio management activities within our Venture Capital team.

What you will do: Conduct research on emerging technologies and businesses.

Key responsibility:

• Screen and analyze potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct due diligence on target companies.
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses.
• 
  Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and provide support to portfolio companies.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience in venture capital or private equity is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong network in the startup ecosystem is preferred.
