Job Title: Injection Mold Facility Planning
Job Location: Kharkhoda, Gujarat
Required Qualification: B. Tech or Diploma in Plastics, Tool & Die (Preferred)
Required Experience:
Diploma: 10 - 16 Years
Job Responsibilities:
.Capable to make specification, DAP documents, drawing, check sheets, Inspection, Installation & commissioning of Injection Molding Machine, Take Out Robot, EOT Cranes, Quick Mold Changer, Chiller & Raw Material conveying System.
.Should having experience of installation of molding machine (above the 1000T m/c capacity).
.Must have knowledge of operation of Injection Molding machine & other equipment.
.Trouble shooting of molding machine & other equipment will be added skill in the criteria.
.Knowledge of building & utility specifications for input giving
.Molding related other equipment like belt conveyor, Invisible air bag facility, RPAS/FPAS hole punching machine etc.
.Knowledge of injections molds, manufacturing of molds etc.
.Mold trial issues, defects and countermeasure, Optimum parameter setting, cycle time reduction techniques.

.Knowledge of various plastic raw materials.
.Experience in Automobile OEM industry/Machine maker industry preferred.
Competencies / Skills:
.Installation and commissioning of Injection mold machine
.Auto-Cad
.Project (Green Field)
.Injection mold machine operation
.Electrical and civil basic know how
.Passenger Airbag Technology - Nice to have
