AI Engineer - Agentic Systems

Please note: This is a full-time role requiring major availability between 6 PM and 12 AM

Location: Remote

The Role:

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer Agentic Systemswith 1+ years of experience to design, build, and scale intelligent, autonomous workflows powered by LLMs and multi-agent architectures. This role focuses on developing multi-agent systems, custom agent frameworks, and knowledge-driven applications using modern tooling such as LangChain and related ecosystems.

You will work at the intersection of LLMs, backend systems, and data pipelines, contributing to next-generation AI systems that can reason, plan, and act.

Experience: 5+ years with Python or Java and 1+ years of experience with AI Agentic systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain (or similar)
• Build and manage multi-agent systems with coordination, planning, and tool usage capabilities
• Develop custom agents, tool integrations, and orchestration layers
• Implement knowledge services including RAG pipelines, semantic search, and retrieval systems
• Design and maintain
  
  semantic layers for structured + unstructured data interaction
• Integrate LLMs into production systems with strong focus on reliability and performance
• Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar paradigms for context orchestration
• Collaborate with backend and data teams to build scalable AI-driven services
• Evaluate and optimize prompts, agent behavior, and system performance
• Ensure observability, debugging, and monitoring of agent workflows
• Research and evaluate new technologies to improve our development processes and product capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications using platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models
• Strong expertise in agentic architectures, including planning, tool usage, and reasoning workflows
• Proven experience designing and implementing multi-agent systems
• Experience developing agentic workflows using LangChain or similar frameworks (e.g., LlamaIndex, AutoGen)
• Ability to build custom agents, chains, and tool integrations
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar context orchestration approaches

• Experience designing and implementing knowledge & retrieval systems (RAG pipelines)
• Strong understanding of semantic search and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Ability to build and manage semantic layers over structured and unstructured data
• Strong programming skills in Python (required) and working knowledge of Java (preferred)
• Experience building backend services and APIs for production systems
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and scalable system design
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data pipelines
• Basic understanding of data engineering concepts (ETL, data processing, storage systems)
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Strong system thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design end-to-end AI systems
• Understanding of trade-offs between latency, cost, scalability, and model performance
• Good to have (not mandatory) : MarTech or AdTech domain experience
