ATMS is looking for an Associate Attorney with 2–3 years of experience to support its internal legal requirements and retainer clients.
Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.Handle day-to-day legal work for retainer clients.
• Assist with commercial transactions and corporate documentation.
• Draft legal notices, replies and settlement correspondence.
• Manage trademark filings, examination replies and related matters.
• Support POSH compliance, policies, Internal Committee documentation and training.
• Advise on employment, regulatory and general compliance matters.
• Conduct legal research and coordinate with clients, counsel and authorities.
  

Requirements

Get Hired

• Law degree and enrolment with a State Bar Council.
• 2–3 years of relevant law firm or in-house experience.
• Strong drafting, research and client-handling skills.
• Experience in contracts, trademarks, notices, POSH and compliance preferred.
• Practical, detail-oriented and capable of independently managing multiple matters.
