Job Description
- You will be responsible for managing the critical applications of the bank's Digital automation platform (EDMS, RPA). You will work effectively with the business stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors to ensure the product roadmap and the platforms and process improvements. Your role will involve ensuring that automation products delivery and support strategy are aligned with the management objectives and goals. You will also be responsible for ensuring strategic vendor partnerships and aligning products/industry roadmaps of the platforms with the business strategy. Additionally, you will guide and mentor the team, ensuring high quality of delivery and cross-functional expertise within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage critical applications of the bank's Digital automation platform (EDMS, RPA)
- Work with business stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors to ensure product roadmap and process improvements
- Align automation products delivery and support strategy with management objectives and goals
- Establish strategic vendor partnerships and align products/industry roadmaps with business strategy
- Guide and mentor the team to ensure high quality delivery and cross-functional expertise
Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in managing critical applications of Digital automation platforms
