Job Description
- As an Account Opening Specialist, your main role is to run the process for Account Opening, account maintenance, and account closure related formalities. You are responsible for meeting SLAs and KPIs on a regular basis. Your tasks include verifying requests submitted by Makers to ensure 100% quality, and checking client documentations for compliance with internal KYC policies, Compliance, and Regulatory Requirements. You will need to coordinate with Relationship Teams to ensure business requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run the process for Account Opening, account maintenance, and account closure related formalities
- Meet SLAs and KPIs on a regular basis
- Verify requests submitted by Maker and ensure 100% quality
- Check client documentations for compliance with internal KYC policies, Compliance, and Regulatory Requirements
- Coordinate with Relationship Teams to ensure business requirements are met
- Respond to all client queries on a real-time basis
- Make quick decisions when necessary
- Manage Escalation and Management Reports
Qualifications Required:

- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Previous experience in Account Opening or related field is preferred,
