Job Description
- The Vice President Marketing leads the planning, execution, and performance of integrated marketing campaigns for Treasury & Global Markets (TGM), across the retail and corporate customer segments. The role drives end-to-end marketing delivery across campaign planning, product marketing, and content marketing, ensuring Mashreqs leadership in corporate, institutional, and investor audiences is consistently amplified across key markets.
- The incumbent works closely with Group Headquarters in Dubai, managing a marketing team and collaborating cross-functionally with TGM product, digital, and communications teams to deliver data-driven, insight-led campaigns that build brand equity, client engagement, and product monetisation.
- Design and deliver, in partnership with Product and Sales, the go-to-market plans for a range of existing and new solutions in corporate banking.
- Design and lead the execution of product campaigns on social media to raise awareness, attract new customers, and drive thought leadership.
- Design and deliver marketing campaigns to monetise and nurture a middle-market customer portfolio.
- Collaborate with data analytics, product management and sales, the launch of new products and solutions.
- Partner with the product team in refining a client-led value proposition that reinforces the tangible benefits of Mashreq s products and solutions.
- Work with the data analytics team to define target segment groups and monitor campaign performance.
- Provide client and market insight to establish a clear competitive lens, trends, market needs, messaging and well-defined client personas.
- Support the product and CX team in delivering customers a consistent and valuable Mashreq experience.
- Experience in managing and nurturing a team.
- Liaison with marketing teams (Internal & External), product and sales teams, research firms, Corporate customers and other potential distributors.
- Work with Finance to manage and provision marketing budget expenses.
- Strong ability to gather input and drive execution from various cross-functional teams.
- Ability to balance work approach in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify a problem, challenge the status quo, ideate on a solution and drive execution.

- Builds and manages product marketing budget, tracks spending and ROI.
- Strong track record in B2B marketing and experience in setting strategic direction and ensuring delivery
- 10+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in banking.
- Track record in designing marketing campaigns for client portfolio development and monetisation.
- Ability to analyse and process data into actionable insights for campaign strategy and delivery notably for portfolio monetisation.
- Strong ability to gather input and drive execution from various cross-functional teams and in complex environments.
- Eye for design and detail, and experience in delivering effective campaign creatives on all platforms.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft impactful campaign messaging.
- Proactive, flexible and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Customer advocate, an excellent communicator (writing and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.
