Overview
- Supports product management team efforts in developing strategic business plans and product roadmaps
- Works with internal Mastercard teams to analyze internal and external stakeholder needs and issues
- Provides input into profitability targets for different products
- Communicates new information, industry trends and market insights to internal stakeholders
- Tracks progress and reports on project plans for creation and implementation of new product features and enhancements
- Supports development of internal knowledge documents such as case studies and industry best practices
- Responsible for setting go-to-market strategies as it relates to customer accounts that are aligned with geography strategy sales goals to drive market share, volume and revenue growth
- Leads and manages existing customer relationships, optimizing go-to-market actions and working to identify opportunities and customer needs
- Aligns with technical account management function to ensure client satisfaction with products
- Partners with customers to deliver aligned solutions against the Network of Wallet roadmap and comprehensive consulting support
- Supports pipeline management at the account level

- Develop pipeline with account management teams to drive Network of Wallets product suite
- Designs strategies, messaging and proposals for customers
- Analyzes the customers business through profitability modelling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis
- Drives deliveries with key customer relationships
- Partners with the customer to establish, execute and report progress against business plans
- Negotiates and executes on the customer agreement process
- Identifies and recommends products to enhance the customers profitability
- Helps identify and coach talent within the technical account management and product organisations
Experiences
- In-depth experience executing and managing cross sales strategies for numerous complex or large accounts
- Detailed knowledge of the mobile network operator / digital wallet ecosystem
- Knowledge of acceptance products
- In-depth experience in managing clients
- Taken a lead role in customer negotiations
