Role Description This on-site role, based in Varanasi, combines content creation training with podcast hosting responsibilities. The content creation trainer will design and deliver structured training sessions on digital content strategies, scriptwriting, video and audio content production, and personal branding for sales and marketing professionals. The podcast host will plan episodes, research topics, interview guests, and record and moderate conversations that align with the institutes focus on AI-powered digital marketing and sales education. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, creating lesson plans, collaborating with the academic team on curriculum enhancements, managing podcast schedules, coordinating with production staff, and reviewing performance metrics to improve learner engagement and podcast reach. The role also involves mentoring students, gathering feedback, and ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in content creation, including scriptwriting, storytelling, and structuring educational materials for digital platforms.
• Experience in podcast hosting or audio/video presenting, with the ability to interview guests, moderate discussions, and engage audiences.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing concepts, preferably with exposure to digital marketing and AI-driven tools used in content and campaign planning.
• Ability to design and deliver interactive training sessions, workshops, or classes, with clear communication and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with basic audio/video recording tools, editing workflows, and collaboration with production teams.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to identify relevant topics, industry trends, and learner needs.
• Comfort working on-site in Varanasi, with a collaborative approach and a learner-focused mindset.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Education, or a related field; teaching or training experience is an advantage.
