Role Description The Digital Marketing Trainer role is an on-site position based in Varanasi. The Trainer will design and deliver digital marketing curriculum, including lectures, workshops, and hands-on sessions focused on current tools, platforms, and strategies. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, demonstrating real-world campaign setups, guiding learners through projects and assignments, and monitoring their progress. The Trainer will stay updated on emerging trends such as AI-powered marketing, analyze learner feedback to improve course content, and collaborate with the institutes team to enhance overall training quality. The role also involves mentoring learners on career paths in digital marketing and supporting them in building portfolios.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning and execution across major platforms.
• Candidates should possess practical expertise in Social Media Marketing, with experience managing content, engagement, and paid campaigns on key social networks.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, including the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and optimize digital strategies.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse learner groups.
• Prior experience as a trainer, educator, or mentor in marketing or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Hands-on experience with popular digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads platforms, social media management tools) is preferred.
