Director - Sales & Business Development - Banking Global Capability Center
Job Description
As the Director of Sales for the Banking GCC market, you will be responsible for driving high-value partnerships with global financial institutions. This role is dedicated to the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) sector, focusing on helping global banks scale their India-based operations through Staff Augmentation, Leadership Hiring, and Strategic Projects.
Positioning client as the primary partner for banks looking to modernize their Business Transformation agenda (CTB & RTB).
Key Responsibilities :
1. Banking GCC Strategy & Expansion
1. Target and acquire new Banking GCC (Captive) clients, focusing on global investment banks, retail banks, and fintech giants.
2. Identify, Connect & Engage with key stakeholders who are responsible to align India-based capabilities with global banking strategies
2. Staff Augmentation & Talent Services (BFSI)
1. Sales for specialized contingent workforces, providing banks with on-demand experts with BA, PM and PMO skills.
2. Talent Acquisition: Lead executive search and recruitment efforts for top-tier leadership roles within the Banking GCC ecosystem.
3. Relationship Management
1. Building Enduring Relationships & Cultivate deep-rooted, long-term partnerships with stakeholders and be the trusted advisor for their India growth story.
2. Represent Client at major BFSI and Fintech forums, establishing the firm as a thought leader.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Annual Contract Value (ACV): Total revenue from new Banking GCC and Staff Augmentation contracts.
Project Pull-through: Revenue generated from additional project work within existing banking accounts.
Deployment Efficiency: Speed and accuracy in fulfilling specialized banking talent requirements.
Relationship Growth: Success in transitioning accounts from transactional vendors to strategic partners.

- We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with around 15 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the BFSI sector.
- The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of selling Staff Augmentationservices and Leadership Hiring solutions to large-scale organizations.
- He/ She should have extensive experience managing large banking accounts and a history of closing multi-million dollar contracts.
- A deep understanding of Banking Transformation, Regulatory & Compliance, and Digital Transformation, has a strong existing network of contacts within the Bangalore Banking GCC ecosystem
