About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Hybrid AI Content Creator who can blend traditional filmmaking sensibilities with next-generation AI technologies. In this role, you will produce cinematic microdramas, short-form content, digital promos, and visually compelling stories using our in-house Xelta.ai Platform alongside industry-standard tools for editing and design.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce cinematic microdramas, promos, and short-form video content using the Xelta.ai platform.
• Develop precise and effective AI prompts to generate high-quality visual, audio, and narrative elements.
• Enhance AI-generated outputs with:
• Custom graphics
• Color grading
• Motion design
• Professional editing
• Sound design and enhancements
• Create digital-first content optimized for:

• Instagram
• YouTube
• TikTok
• Reels/Shorts
• Branding and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with content, branding, and creative teams to maintain consistent storytelling and brand identity.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools to push the boundaries of content quality and innovation.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, polished content assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Creative Expertise

• Strong portfolio showcasing cinematic video production, microfilms, short films, or high-quality digital content.
• Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools, Gen-AI platforms, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
• After Effects / DaVinci Resolve
• Graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
• Solid understanding of
