Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Graphics Designer to join our team. You will be the visual storyteller for our brand, creating compelling and effective graphics for both digital and print media. This is a full-time, on-site role that thrives on collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including social media graphics, website assets, presentations, brochures, banners, and emailers.
2. Translate marketing objectives and brand guidelines into clear, engaging, and impactful creative designs.
3. 
   Work collaboratively with the marketing, product, and sales teams to conceptualize and execute visual concepts from ideation to final delivery.
4. Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and high-quality standards across various platforms.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

3. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site setting.
5. Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
6. A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
