We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team for an unpaid, three-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in the HR field and develop a strong foundation for their career.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
