Internship Profile Description:Talent Acquisition is in charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies. Responsibilities include:

• Maintain the applicant tracking system database by ensuring that all candidate information and activity is up to date
• Coordinate interviews, follow ups and feedback schedule
• Connect with potential candidates via telephone and email to engage them in the recruiting process
• Complete various projects as assigned

Requirements

• Basic office skills are preferred
• Organizational Skills required
• General knowledge of Boolean searches and job boards preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
