Job Description
Role & responsibilities
HR Data Management & Reporting:
- Responsible for maintaining accurate employee data across HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate reports on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, employee engagement, and diversity.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track HR KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Responsible for maintaining all employee documentation (Medical insurance, Life insurance, etc.)
- Responsible for proving inputs for the monthly payroll process.
- Generate ad-hoc employee documents requested, reports, and data insights as requested by stakeholders.
Payroll Management:
- Process monthly payroll for all employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records, reports, and data in an organized and confidential manner.
- Stay up to date with changes in labor laws and taxation related to payroll.
- Assist in audits and year-end processes.
- Respond to employee queries regarding payroll issues or discrepancies HR Process
Optimization:
- Responsible for managing complete back-end HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement and offboarding) to provide seamless candidate/employee experience.
- Gatekeeper of the employee policy for the organization.
- Support HR operations in streamlining workflows and reducing administrative burden.
HR Systems and Tools Management:

- Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure smooth integration and functionality of HR systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues.
Talent Acquisition:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer onboarding for junior roles across departments
Project Management Support:
- Provide support in HR initiatives from time to time.
Preferred candidate profile
Post Graduate qualification with specialization in Human Resources
5+ years experience in a HR operations role in a fast-paced organization. A strong track record of analytical skills and customer service is necessary. Knowledge of HRMS is mandatory
