Life Insurance Data Analyst

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our life insurance operations, providing key insights to inform strategic decisions.

What you will do: Your work will involve identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experiences.

Key responsibility:

• Collect and clean large datasets related to life insurance policies, claims, sales, and customer interactions.
• Analyze data using statistical methods and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• 
  Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and anticipate customer needs.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Stay current on advancements in data analysis techniques.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the life insurance industry is a plus.
