Life Insurance Product Manager

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our life insurance products, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure successful product development and market penetration.

What you will do: You will conduct market research and identify opportunities for new products. You will develop product specifications and pricing strategies. You'll manage the product launch and post-launch activities.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting market research to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• Developing product specifications and requirements.
• Working with actuarial and underwriting teams to develop pricing strategies.
• Managing the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Developing marketing materials and launch plans.
  
• Monitoring product performance and making necessary adjustments.

• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, IT).

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or related degree.
• Extensive experience in product management within the life insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and markets.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with product development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
