Head - Supply Chain Planning - Internet/eCommerce

Role:

Currently we are hiring as Supply Chain Planning Head.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute short-term and long-term supply plans based on demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to align capacity and material availability.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and excess stock.
• Track supplier lead times, production constraints, and capacity limitations.
• Participate in S&OP / IBP processes and planning reviews.
• Identify supply risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Analyse variances between planned vs actual supply and recommend improvements.
• Maintain planning data and reports using ERP systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain planning.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / APO / Kinaxis).
• Good understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Education:

• B.E/ B.Tech Or MBAs from Premier Institutes.

Industry:

• Internet/ E-Commerce & Quick Commerce.
