Deputy Legal Manager

Drafting, reviewing, and redlining, legal research, negotiations, work under tight deadlines, flair of English language and interest to understand the unique line of business. Fair understanding of corporate laws, intellectual property laws, arbitration, data protection and privacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, redlining, and vetting of agreements of high value agreements, product undertakings, RFP/RFQ and highlighting risk clauses and propose contract deviations and managing negotiations with several parties.
• Advising and drafting legal opinions / business correspondences / miscellaneous documents with understanding of governing / applicable laws and practice of foreign jurisdiction.
• Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, legal provisions of SEBI, RBI and other laws.
