Job Description
- As a dynamic individual passionate about entertainment, brand storytelling, and marketing innovation, you will be responsible for leading sales for in-movie branding and co-branded advertising opportunities. Your role will involve pitching and closing co-branding deals using film posters, celebrity imagery, and integrated campaigns while developing and presenting impactful sales pitches aligned with client goals. Additionally, you will create strategic sales plans to meet/exceed revenue targets and coordinate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution.
You are expected to build and expand relationships with brands, consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, and actively manage a healthy pipeline of prospects and ongoing deals. Providing regular updates to leadership on progress and opportunities is crucial, along with maintaining accurate daily reports and keeping all work and project trackers up to date for visibility and accountability. Coordination and communication with internal teams and external vendors are essential to ensure efficient and effective execution of film deliverables.

To qualify for this role, you should have a graduate degree in any discipline, with an MBA in Marketing/Mass Media being preferred. Experience in media sales, brand partnerships, or entertainment marketing is required, with in-cinema/in-film experience being a plus. Strong relationships with brands and agencies to drive repeat business, solid communication and presentation skills, and a deep passion for cinema, content, and brand storytelling across Hindi and regional films are also necessary. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are key attributes for success in this position.,
