Job Purpose:

To coordinate and assist in activities for compliance of direct tax laws of Indian entity

including timely payment of taxes, tax audit, returns, tax assessments and appeals at

various levels in addition to providing necessary support in compliance of TP & its

necessary filings.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in Tax compliances for Indian entity as under:

1. Computation and timely payment of correct amount of advance tax and in tax provisioning
2. Preparation of Income Tax assessment details
3. Tax MIS and exceptional reporting periodically

   Ensure proper TDS compliance at Unit level
5. Communication of New developments in Direct Taxes and ensuring their implementation in Units
6. Conduct periodic internal reviews to ensure tax controls are effective

Assist in preparation of Tax Audit, Return of income, Transfer Pricing and other annual tax filings in respect of Indian entity

Assist in computation of ETR, CTR and compiling critical tax items at India level

Support Central tax team in litigation for India taxation

Preparation of various details for analysis of different tax models in tax planning and tax optimization
