Job Description

At Maximus, we help governments, organisations, and employers build skilled, future-ready workforces. Our Skills & Training business partners with corporates, semi-government entities, and public-sector organisations across the UAE to deliver high-impact learning and development solutions.

We are now looking to appoint a commercially driven Account Manager to grow our B2B training portfolio, manage key employer relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth across the UAE.

The Role:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales of corporate training programmes, managing existing client accounts, and developing new employer relationships. This is a target-driven, consultative sales role, covering the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to contract close and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive B2B sales of training courses and learning solutions to corporates, SMEs, government, and semi-government organisations
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and manage a strong, qualified sales pipeline aligned to growth objectives
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across leadership, technical, compliance, and accredited training programmes

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Conduct needs analysis and propose tailored training solutions aligned to business and workforce development goals
  • Manage pricing discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations in line with company guidelines
  • Ensure a high-quality client experience from initial engagement through delivery and renewal

CRM & Sales Operations

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (leads, opportunities, forecasts, and activities)
  • Provide reliable pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting to management
  • Ensure all client interactions and follow-ups are logged in line with CRM governance standards

Market & Business Development

  • Proactively identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, events, and outbound outreach
  • Maintain strong awareness of the UAE corporate training market, competitors, and industry trends
  • Represent Maximus professionally at client meetings, industry events, and business forums

About You:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management

    , ideally within training, education, professional services, or solutions-based selling
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Confident managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Highly organised, CRM-driven, and commercially astute
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Language Requirements:

  • Arabic language skills (spoken and written)
  • Fluent English required
