Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Reporting:
- Gather, analyze, and report on data from digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and social media analytics to monitor campaign performance and generate reports.
- Performance Analysis:
- Evaluate and interpret digital marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value.
- SEO & SEM Analysis:
- Monitor and report on the performance of SEO and SEM strategies.
- Perform keyword research, analyze backlink profiles, and assess organic search rankings.
- Campaign Optimization:
- Work with the digital marketing team to test, analyze, and optimize online campaigns across channels to maximize ROI.
- Assist with A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns, and provide insights into which variations perform best.
- Market Research & Trends:
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends, benchmarks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Collaboration & Recommendations:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven strategies and campaign recommendations.
- Provide clear, concise reports and presentations for management and stakeholders to guide decision-making.
- Data Visualization:
- Create visually engaging dashboards and reports to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- Assist in budget tracking and forecasting for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that campaigns stay within budget while optimizing performance.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Digital Marketing Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Strong experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools for data manipulation and reporting.
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights in a clear, concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
