Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Advertising Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns acrossGoogle Ads(Search, Display, Shopping) andsocial media platforms(Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Performance Optimization:
Continuously optimize ad performance based on KPIs such asROAS (Return on Ad Spend),CTR (Click-Through Rate),CPC (Cost per Click), andconversionsto ensure high efficiency and ROI.
- Audience Targeting & Keyword Research:
Conduct detailedkeyword researchand define audience targeting to refine campaigns and improve overall performance and relevancy.
- Campaign Reporting & Analysis:
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools likeGoogle Analytics,
Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to improve results.- Collaboration with Creative Team:
Work closely with thecreative teamto develop high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional content that resonate with our target audience.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Monitor competitor advertising strategies and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities and competitive advantages for Ayamveda.
- Growth Strategy Recommendations:
Recommend and implement strategies to increase online sales, customer acquisition, and enhance brand awareness through digital channels.
- A/B Testing:
Regularly perform A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional offers to optimize campaign performance and maximize conversions.
- Brand Visibility:
Maintain and grow Ayamvedas brand visibility across digital platforms, ensuring our messaging aligns with brand values and resonates with the target audience.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 yearsof experience in digital marketing, specifically with a focus on paid media and performance marketing.
- Proven track recordof successfulpaid ad campaignsonGoogle AdsandMeta Business Suite(Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).

- Strong knowledge ofe-commerce performance marketingand the ability to drive traffic and conversions.
- Excellent analytical skillswith the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience inbudget managementand the ability to scale campaigns profitably while ensuring maximum ROI.
- Knowledge ofSEO (Search Engine Optimization),email marketing, andCRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with additional advertising platforms likeTikTok Ads,LinkedIn Ads, orPinterest Adsis a plus.
- Familiarity withmarketing automationtools such asHubSpotorMarketo.
- Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
