Financial Reporting Manager

EXPERIENCE - ATLEAST 2 YEARS POST QUALIFICATION

Required experienced Chartered Accountants for Manager role in financial reporting and tax Compliance profile for our Pitampura,Delhi Office. Experienced non-CA candidates having 7+ years experience in team leader role may also apply. Candidates currently working with accounting and consulting firms shall only be considered.

Job responsibilities will include:

ü Monthly accounts closing and preparing monthly reporting

ü Payroll processing

ü Supervising team of accountants and articled assistants

ü Month end statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, TCS, Advance tax etc.

ü Communicate with clients and their overseas counterparts wherever required

ü Preparation and filing of individual, firms and corporate income tax returns.

ü Team handling, work delegation and team training skills

ü Being a SPOC for the clients

ü Good technical knowledge of ASs, SAs etc. needed for execution of assignments

ü Co-ordination with the firms cross service teams

ü Ownership of clients including deliverables, relationship management, billing, recovery etc.

ü Developing the skills and competencies of sub-ordinates through training and development activities related to current and future jobs.

ü Finalisation of financial statements.

Candidates should have:

ü CA with minimum 3+ years of post qualification experience/Non-CA 7+ year of experience in team leader role.

ü Excellent knowledge of accounting software

ü In-depth knowledge of TDS, TCS, GST and income tax return filings.

ü Basic knowledge of FEMA and Corporate laws.

ü Excellent team management and client handling experience

ü Strong analytical skills

ü Self-starter with strong work ethics

ü Strong communication, with good command on English language.

ü Excellent command on MS-Excel
