- The AI Hub Lead plays a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of innovation in AI and analytics initiatives within the enterprise. By leveraging emerging technologies, the AI Hub Lead drives the development of cutting-edge solutions through rapid prototyping and AI product development. This position involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI tools can effectively address business needs.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 8 years of work experience, preferably in a leadership or management position, overseeing AI-driven projects from concept to production. A PhD or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field is required. The AI Hub Lead should have demonstrated experience in fostering cutting-edge AI research and innovation, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and Scala. Additionally, in-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning frameworks is essential, along with strong communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
In this capacity, the AI Hub Lead is responsible for driving innovation and excellence in artificial intelligence by leading the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. Key responsibilities of the AI Hub Lead include:
- Strategic Planning and Visioning: Define and lead the organization's AI strategy to position AI as a key differentiator for competitive advantage.
- Enterprise AI Deployment: Drive the integration of AI into core business functions, products, and services.
- Research & Development: Spearhead Generative AI innovation initiatives exploring new applications of GenAI technologies and scaling solutions to address business challenges.
- AI COE Champion: Lead the AI Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure standardized best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for AI adoption.
- AI Continuous Improvement: Oversee the development and scalability of the AI platform to support effective AI experimentation, deployment, and maintenance.
- AI Partnership Management: Manage relationships within the AI innovation ecosystem, including academia, industry partners, and technology vendors.
- Implement AI Governance: Establish strong AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical standards, mitigate biases, and comply with data privacy and security regulations.
