EXPERIENCE
Handle match-day content creation and prediction game operations simultaneously. The core of this role is leveraging deep cricket knowledge to make unified judgments on both "which prediction questions will be fun for users" and "which content will drive engagement." Responsibilities include game operations via the admin console (prediction question setup, result processing, point settlement) alongside real-time match-day content production.
Duties you'll be entrusted with:
- Plan and write match-day prediction questions (design questions that make users want to participate)
- Set up prediction questions via the admin console, process match results, settle points, and update leaderboards
- Write social media copy: pre-match teasers, live commentary-style text posts, post-match recaps
- Own all user communication copy: push notifications, in-app messages, CRM messages
- Establish Hindi-English (Hinglish) tone & manner guidelines and manage brand voice
- Write ad creative copy for performance marketing (Meta, Google headlines/CTAs)
- Co-develop content calendars aligned with IPL schedule, team rivalries, and trending moments
- Support influencer campaign briefs and talking points writing
- Split match-day duties with Content Marketer B (each covers one match during double-headers)
- Provide development team feedback on game operations: admin console improvements, UX issue reports

Expectations from you:
Basic Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in copywriting, content editing, or social media content creation
- Deep knowledge of IPL teams, players, and fan culture with demonstrated passion for cricket
- Native-level Hindi and fluent English; ability to write natural, engaging Hinglish copy
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-performing social media copy or editorial content
- Excellent writing speed and adaptability (match-day turnaround within minutes)
- Meticulous data handling ability (accuracy-critical tasks such as point settlement and result processing)
- Experience writing across multiple formats: social copy, push notifications, ad creatives, and long-form content
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in fantasy sports, prediction gaming, or game operations (Game Ops)
- Background in brand copywriting or tone & manner guideline development
- Experience writing performance marketing ad copy (Meta, Google) with A/B testing
- Experience with admin tools / CMS-based content management
- Understanding of cricket statistics and data analysis
