Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth specifically in the recruitment and staffing services sector across the UAE and GCC markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience (5–10+ years) in business development within recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment, staffing, and manpower outsourcing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR decision-makers, hiring managers, and procurement teams.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and strategic opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate contract terms and close agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and exhibitions to promote services.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline forecasts.
- Stay informed about competitor activities, pricing, and market dynamics.
