Job Title: AR Caller Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain claim-related information.
• Coordinate with doctors offices to resolve queries and issues.
• Accurately document call details and relevant information in company software.
• Maintain professional and effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate.
  
• Strong verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry and software usage.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers welcome; prior experience is an added advantage.

Additional Information:

• Salary: 22,500 (Gross) | 20,500 (Net Take Home)
• Night Shift Allowance: 1,500
• Shift Timings: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
• Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday fixed offs
• Work Mode: Work from Office (from Day 1)
