Urgent Hiring - Sr. Executive/AM - Legal (Litigation)

The Sr Executive/ Assistant Manager - Litigation will be responsible for handling and managing litigation matters related to insurance claims, ensuring timely legal compliance, and minimizing legal risk to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor litigation cases involving health insurance claims.

• Coordinate with external lawyers, advocates for case handling and updates.

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as replies, affidavits, written statements, appeals, and notices.

• Ensure timely filing of cases, appeals, and responses before courts, tribunals, and consumer forums.

• 
  Track case progress and maintain accurate litigation MIS and records.

• Provide legal opinions and advisory support to internal stakeholders on claim disputes and legal risks.

• Attend court hearings, mediation sessions, and meetings as required.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

• Work closely with claims and underwriting teams to support dispute resolution and claim strategy.
