Business Analyst - IT

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Interact with clients, stakeholders, and users to collect business needs and objectives.
• Conduct workshops and meetings to understand existing processes.
• Analyze workflows and identify areas for process improvement or automation.

2. Documentation

• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and Business Use Cases.
• Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups for software or web functionalities.
• Maintain version control and ensure requirements are traceable throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development/testing teams.
• Ensure clear understanding of requirements, acceptance criteria, and deliverables.
• Communicate project updates, changes, and risks to stakeholders effectively.

4. Testing & Validation

• Participate in functional and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate that implemented solutions meet documented business requirements.
• Support users during testing and deployment phases.

5. Reporting & Support

• Prepare Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM).
• Support post-implementation analysis and change requests.
• Generate analytical reports and dashboards to aid business decision-making.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:-

• Experience in e-Governance, ERP, or enterprise-scale software systems.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and analytical dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
