Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in the Mohali district. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders. The Business Development Executive will also need to communicate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure client requirements are met while driving business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new business leads through research, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients to foster trust and retention.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs, such as revenue growth and client acquisition numbers.
Pitching & Negotiation: Delivering customized presentations, proposals, and demos to prospects, andnegotiating contract terms to close deals.
Market Research & Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities for growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 2 years experience in Business Developmentrole.
