Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for a Senior Process Associate. The Senior Process Associate will be responsible for overseeing business process operations, coordinating with clients, analyzing data, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing financial transactions, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards while supporting revenue cycle management processes.

• Understanding of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations and systems
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage various priorities
• Proficiency in relevant tools and systems in the healthcare or financial industry
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business Administration, or related) is preferred
