This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in the M.Tech (Cybersecurity) program at the School of Computer Science, located in Gangtok. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lectures, designing and updating coursework, guiding students in research and projects, and mentoring them in their academic and professional growth. Additional responsibilities include academic assessments, administrative duties, and collaborating with faculty for curriculum development aligned with the universitys vision of skills-based education and industry collaboration.

• Expertise in Cybersecurity-related fields including Network Security, Cryptography, Cyber Threats, and Vulnerability Management
• Proven skills in curriculum development, instructional design, and outcome-based education
• Practical experience with research methodologies, project mentorship, and academic advising

• Strong background in teaching or mentoring postgraduate students in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Proficiency in communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Masters degree (M.Tech) or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Experience or certifications in ethical hacking, information security management, or relevant industry practices is a plus
