• Reconciliation & Audit: Ensuring payment accuracy and financial compliance.

• MIS Reporting: Tracking payment trends and operational bottlenecks.
• Provider Relations: Serving as the primary contact for payment queries and grievances.
• Internal Coordination: Partnering with Finance to close pending payments.
• Process Improvement: Reducing current Turnaround Times (30 days for home collection; 45 days for camps).
