Begin your journey as an Accounts Receivable caller at Medical Billing Wholesalers, a rapidly growing offshore medical billing company. Your role will involve contacting insurance companies to pursue pending claims. We welcome applications from graduates of any discipline who possess exceptional spoken English skills.

As an AR caller, your duties will include:
- Conducting a series of pertinent inquiries based on the claim issue and documenting the responses
- Logging the actions taken and updating the customer's revenue cycle platform with notes
- Ensuring the use of suitable call note standards specific to each client for documentation
- Strictly adhering to MBW's information security protocols
- Prioritizing ethical conduct and never straying from the ethical path
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as an AR Caller in the medical billing sector
- Proficiency in revenue cycle and denial management principles
- Problem-solving mindset and a positive outlook
- Capacity to grasp clients" business regulations
