Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Make calls to give data within the time frame.
- Provide correct information to the costumers.
- Entering details into software, provide products/service information by answering questions; offering assistance.
- Maintain database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log.
- Improve quality results by recommending changes.
- Keep equipment operational by following the established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
- Keep on updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & training programs.
- Add value to organisations by his/her behavior & performance.

- Must have fluent communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu.
