Role Description The Sales and Marketing Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based at Medicover Hospitals in Maharashtra, India. This role involves promoting hospital services, supporting patient acquisition initiatives, and assisting in the execution of sales and marketing campaigns. The associate will interact with patients, attendants, and community partners to explain available healthcare services, collect feedback, and strengthen relationships. Daily tasks include coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions, preparing basic marketing reports, and supporting training or promotional events. The role also includes responding to inquiries, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and contributing ideas to improve local outreach and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and partners.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support lead generation, conversions, and local promotional activities.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to assist in conducting orientations, awareness programs, and basic product or service briefings.
• Candidates should have proficiency in MS Office tools and basic data reporting, along with the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, hospital marketing, or service-focused industries is preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates may also be considered.
• Diploma or bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced hospital setting.
