About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and performance-driven Portfolio Management & Brokerage Communications Specialist to manage stakeholder communications, portfolio tracking, operational reporting, and process excellence initiatives. The role requires strong ownership, precision, and adherence to standardized workflows designed to support organizational scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• • Manage client, broker, and stakeholder communications with zero-defect accuracy.
• • Track portfolio performance metrics and prepare weekly reports.
• • Maintain communication logs, portfolio records and documentation.
• • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• • Identify process improvement opportunities and support Standard Work implementation.
• • Ensure compliance with SLAs and organizational protocols.
• • Prepare strategic updates, operational dashboards and portfolio reviews for leadership.

Daily, Weekly & Monthly Expectations

Daily: Execute portfolio workflows, maintain communication records, and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Weekly: Audit KPIs, review portfolio performance metrics, and align with stakeholders.

Monthly: Deliver portfolio updates, strategic reports, and process improvement recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• • 5+ years of experience 
• • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Management, Operations, or a related field.
• • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• • Strong analytical, documentation and reporting capabilities.
• • Advanced proficiency in Excel and business reporting tools.
