Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid internship role in Human Resources (HR) based in Sholinganallur, with some flexibility for remote work. The HR Intern will assist with implementing and maintaining HR policies, supporting employee benefits programs, and aiding HR management tasks. Additional responsibilities include managing personnel files, coordinating onboarding and training processes, and participating in initiatives to enhance employee experience. The intern will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, innovative environment, contributing to Mednevos mission of reshaping healthcare.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and best practices
• Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies development
