Program Description This remote Data Analyst traineeship program at MedTourEasy involves working with healthcare-related datasets to generate meaningful insights and support data-driven decisions. Interns will collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, perform statistical analysis, and develop basic data models to support internal and partner projects. They will assist in preparing dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate trends and findings to stakeholders. The role also includes documenting methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to continuous improvement of analytical processes throughout the internship period.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics abilities.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Statistics and basic Data Modeling concepts.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for presenting data insights.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with relevant tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R, or BI tools) and data visualization platforms.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare data, international healthcare systems, or previous project experience in healthcare analytics is an advantage.
