Role: Sr. Consultant FICO (Lead):
Objective:
To lead the Group with best in class Financials for the organization, specifically in SAP making it a single system of record. Expertise in SAP Financials, Controlling, Consolidation, Fund Management, Budgeting, and MIS both internal and external reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong business process knowledge in Finance and Controlling.

- Contribute to the design and development of client future processes and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmaps.

- Support management of project execution from start-to-finish in order to deliver according to plan (scope, quality and time).

- Work experience in working in Finance, Manufacturing, Constructions, or Service industries preferably.

- Should have SAP experience of more than 10 years as a Consultant.

- Minimum 2-3 full end to end implementation in SAP HANA, 2 roll-out projects and 4 support project experience in SAP FICO-FSCM with team handling skills, along with New functionality of SAP HANA in the Finance.

- Experience in leading business blueprint workshops and solutioning.

- Strong knowledge in General Ledger/Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/ Bank Accounting / Taxes (CIN/GST) / New Asset Accounting.

- Strong Knowledge and solutioning in Cash Forecasting, Credit Management, Revenue Recognition.

- Exposure to country specific requirements and New GL.

- Strong knowledge on IDOC, Interfaces, EBS/DME and enhancements.

- Strong knowledge of Cost Centre, Profit center accounting, CO-PA and Product costing.

- Hands-on role expects the candidate to apply functional and technical knowledge of SAP tools, systems and processes (General Ledger Accounting, Frecon, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Treasury, Revenue Accounting etc.).

Expert in the following areas:

- Simple Finance Migration Methodology

- New Functionalities in GL Accounting

- New Functionalities in Asset Accounting

- New Functionalities in Management Accounting

- Exposure to Financials Planning - Integrated Business Planning

- Overview of Cash Management.
Qualification & Experience:
- B.Tech/CA/ICWA/CMA/MBA(Finance).

- Minimum 2-3 full end to end implementation in SAP HANA, 2 roll-out projects and 4 support project experience in FICO with team handling skills.

- Experience in providing business process consulting and SAP solutioning.
