• Learn and understand the companys product portfolio (Electronic Assembly Tools, Repair Products).
• Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers and generating leads through market research.
• Support senior engineers in customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, basic proposals, and follow up with customers under guidance.
• Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, and customer interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams (service/logistics/finance) for smooth order processing.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.

• B.Sc (Physics / Chemistry / Electronics) graduate.
• Fresh graduates (0–1 year experience) with strong interest in technical sales and customer engagement.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and test equipment preferred.
