Legal Director

Job description / Role

We are currently looking for a Legal Director with deep knowledge of Arabic and English law to be based within the UAE.

As Legal Director, youll play a pivotal role within the organisation, partnering with the General Counsel. Your expertise will be instrumental in safeguarding the organisations operations and navigating the intricacies of real estate and corporate law.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee contracts, negotiations, and legal processes.
- Provide expert legal guidance to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE law and internal policies.

Requirements:

- Law degree (Bachelors or Masters).
- 10+ years post-qualification experience.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial, property, and contract law.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional judgment and ethics.
