Manager - Performance Excellence - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the complete Performance Management System (PMS) including KRA/KPI setting, reviews, appraisals and calibration.
• Design and improve PMS frameworks, processes and governance.
• Drive Training & Development, TNA, annual training calendar and leadership/functional capability programs.
• Manage competency development, IDPs and talent development.
• Drive Rewards & Recognition initiatives.
• Prepare HR dashboards, MIS and people analytics for leadership.
• Act as Darwinbox HRMS Administrator for PMS, Learning and related HR processes.
• Support HRBP activities including manpower planning, organization design, compensation benchmarking and PIPs.
• Lead and develop the HR/Performance Excellence team.
• Work closely with business leaders and plant HR teams to improve employee performance and capability.
• Travel to manufacturing plants for HR interventions and training at least 5 days/month.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 10 - 15 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/multi-location organizations.
• Strong hands-on experience in PMS design and implementation.
• Strong L&D experience - Design, Develop & Deliver training programs.
• Darwinbox HRMS Administrative experience - Mandatory.
• Team handling experience.
• Exposure to HRBP, manpower planning, organization design, compensation benchmarking and PIPs.
• Basic exposure to Rewards & Recognition.
• Strong Excel, MIS, dashboarding and HR analytics skills.
• Willingness to travel across plants.
